  1. Primary Shipping Regions: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Spain.
  2. Restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
  3. P.O. Boxes: For security and fraud prevention reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Processing Times

  1. Order Processing: Orders generally require up to 24 hours to 48 hours (2 business days) to process before shipment. This processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  2. High-Demand Seasons: During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing times may extend beyond 48 hours. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

3. Delivery Times

  1. Standard Shipping (Free):
    • United States: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after order processing.
    • Canada and Spain: Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, but may take longer due to customs checks or carrier-specific delays.
  2. Seasonal and Holiday Delays: During high-demand or holiday seasons, shipping may take 10–20 business days.
  3. Unforeseen Delays: In rare cases—such as extreme weather, customs delays, or other factors outside our control—delivery could be delayed up to an additional 15 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Important: Since we utilize dropshipping partners, the specific carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) may vary, and shipping estimates can differ based on regional logistics.


4. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping: We offer Plain rates shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Spain. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
  2. Customs and Import Fees: You will see the final price at checkout; Belle Vie Mode does not charge additional fees for customs or import taxes. If any such fees arise, Belle Vie Mode will address them internally. You will not be billed for extra duties or taxes beyond the checkout price.

5. Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Numbers: We provide a tracking number for every shipped order. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you an email (and/or SMS, if opted in) with your tracking details.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

  1. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
  2. Address Confirmation: We attempt to confirm the shipping address with you at the time of purchase.
  3. Reshipping Costs: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for the reshipping fee. We will contact you for the correct address and payment before re-dispatching the order.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  2. Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  3. No Shipping Insurance: We do not currently offer additional shipping insurance. However, we will liaise with the shipping carrier to find a suitable solution in case of damage or loss.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

  1. Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet shipped.
  2. Processed but Not Shipped: If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, we can still cancel it immediately upon your request.
  3. Already Shipped: If your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must follow our Return Policy once you receive the item.

9. Partial Shipments (Backorders)

If your order contains multiple items and one or more are temporarily out of stock or shipped from a different location, you may receive separate parcels. We will provide tracking information for each shipment.

  1. External Factors: Belle Vie Mode is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, weather disruptions, or other force majeure events.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: We comply with all applicable United States federal and Utah state regulations regarding shipping practices and order fulfillment.
  3. No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from delays or failure to deliver products within the estimated time frames.

For orders placed before changes go into effect, the previous version of the policy will apply. In the event of significant changes, we will notify active customers via email.
